LADIES WHO VENTURE TERMS & CONDITIONS

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • When booking an adventure with Ladies Who Venture, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

​

PAYMENT

  • Payment is required to secure your spot

  • Payments are non-refundable, except as stated in our cancellation policy

​

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations made before the start of the program will receive a full refund minus $50 administration fee

  • Cancellations made on or after the start of the program until the end of Week 2 will receive a refund minus $300 

  • Cancellation made after the end of Week 2 will not be refunded

  • Ladies Who Venture reserves the right to cancel the adventure due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstance. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Participants must be in good health and physical condition to join the program

  • It is the participants responsibility to inform Ladies Who Venture of any medical conditions or injuries via the form provided and any change in health status if it occurs throughout the program 

  • Participants must follow instructions and stay with the group at all times on the adventure

SAFETY & LIABILITY

  • Ladies Who Venture prioritises safety but cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occurs during the program or on the adventure

  • Participants understand that participation in trail running and tramping can carry risk, and accept all responsibility for that risk

CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the guides, other participants and local communities

  • Any participant who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner may be asked to leave the adventure without refund

WEATHER & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Adventures will proceed in various weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the guides

  • Participants should dress appropriately and are required to carry all compulsory gear at all times

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

  • Ladies Who Venture may take photos and video during the adventure for public sharing

  • By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed

  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the guides before the adventure begins

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Personal information collected during the booking will be used solely for the purpose of managing your progra

  • Ladies Who Venture will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent
